Jeffrey M. Woo

Jeff is an Associate Attorney with Cesari Werner and Moriarty. He currently handles a case load of personal injury, wrongful death, real estate/landlord-tenant disputes, premises liability and product defect actions. Jeff is adept at providing his clients with a rigorous defense from pre-litigation, through discovery/investigation and trial. He has extensive experience obtaining effective results for his clients through law & motion, with multiple successful results via dispositive motions. Jeff's prior experience includes clerking at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the Superior Court of California.

Jeff is an inveterate Cal Bears supporter after obtaining his Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley. He obtained a Master’s degree from San Francisco State University and his J.D. and LL.M. from Golden Gate University School of Law with emphasis on Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law. Jeff has been published in the California Journal of Tax Litigation and is a certified mediator.
